Investing Abroad
We always encourage clients to visit the development before they commit
to a purchase. The visit gives them a much clearer idea of the facilities,
lifestyle, and surroundings on offer from their potential investment.
On the first day clients meet all the key parties involved in the project;
including the developer, builder, management company, and mortgage brokers
or direct lenders. This is an excellent opportunity to gain information
on all aspects of the investment property and the development. The meetings
last approximately half a day, following which clients are given a tour
of the project. The day concludes with an invitation to an evening meal
and entertainment, courtesy of the developer.
The following few days will be used for clients to see the areas and view
the projects. Finally on the last days there is an opportunity to meet us
and the Company Property Team on an individual basis. This allows clients
to discuss the project, and ask further questions. Members of the team can
arrange for clients to open bank account's if they wish: a simple process
that takes about twenty minutes. These meetings are entirely voluntary and
at the request of the client.
We use experienced travel agents to make all flight bookings on our behalf.
They are always pleased to help clients with other services such as car
rental, airport parking, or travel insurance.
