100% Finance Scheme Options
Option 1
To borrow the whole of 40% contribution from Bank in England Stg base rate +1.75. Please bear in mind that base rates are variable.
Option II
To borrow from Bank in Cyprus 60% with Euribor rate 4.86 + 1.25 Euribor floats.
Option III
To borrow from England 20% Stg base rate +1.75 and borrow from Cyprus 80% with Euribor 4.86+1.25.
Option IV
To borrow from England by transferring shares or bonds in the name of the bank for raising 40% contribution and get the balance from Cyprus 60% at Stg base rate +1.50.
In any case there is no cash involved but 100% mortgage on any purchase or apartment or villa provided you have equity in England or shares.
