Option 1 - Repayment
, for the purchase, building, completion or refurbishment of a house or an apartment, as well as for the acquisition of office space, the purchase of land for construction (not for investment purposes) or the transfer of existing housing loans.

The loan is offered both in Cyprus Pounds and in foreign currency, with fluctuating interest rate in the case of loans in Cyprus Pounds and option between fluctuating or fixed interest rate for loans in foreign currency.

The main characteristics of Option 1 are: REPAYMENT FLEXIBILITY, with three escalating stages in the installment amount as follows:

Lower Installment for the first 5 years that covers the interest amount
- Regular Installment for the next 5 years (as calculated following a normal repayment schedule)
- Higher Installment for the remaining years of the loan, so as to cover the amount of capital that is not being repaid during the first period.
- Maximum duration of the loan up to 35 years.
- Unlimited loan amount covering up to 80% of the property's purchase value for first residence.
- Up to two years grace period.
- One-year free fire insurance up to the loan amount, from Alpha Insurance Ltd.
- Up to £15.000 extra credit facilities to cover personal/ consumer needs.


Option 2 - Stage Repayment, for the purchase, building, completion or refurbishment of a house or an apartment, as well as for the acquisition of office space, the purchase of land for construction. The loan is offered both in Cyprus Pounds and in foreign currency, with fluctuating interest rate in the case of loans in Cyprus Pounds and option between fluctuating or fixed interest rate for loans in foreign currency.

The main characteristics of Option 2 are:

The loan is offered both in Cyprus Pounds and in foreign currency, with fluctuating interest rate in the case of loans in Cyprus Pounds and option between fluctuating or fixed interest rate for loans in foreign currency.

A maximum of 70% as a mortgage loan, over a maximum of 15 years.
