The average cost of an apartment in a top London location, for example, was revealed as being 14,522 euros per square metre.
Investors in Limassol can expect healthy rental yields of around 4.38 per cent, according to the latest research.
The research also highlighted several eastern European cities as locations for cheap property purchases.
However, many investors choose to buy property in Cyprus because its tourist sector is more mature than many in the emerging countries of eastern Europe.
