Of course I understand your reservations and concerns about a visit to Cyprus to view property, however let me tell you a little more about our service.
The main purpose is to ensure that our clients see everything that is in their price range and will match their criteria. We are not tied to any one developer.
All mortgages and finance are arranged with the top banks directly and we do not charge fees. We take you into the head offices and help you to arrange the best mortgage with the Bank Manger.
First purchase is 80% of the value so you will need a 20% deposit.
Some developers will take a 15% deposit at the beginning and then the 80% mortgage whilst it is being built then the final 5% at the end.
The costs of the trip are made by you ie flights and hotel but we have preferential rates for these to keep the costs down. If you buy we refund this all to you.
